In general, your reservation is confirmed within 24 hours after your payment. Immediately after making your reservation, you will receive an email indicating the status of your booking along with all the details of your trip. If you can't find it, be sure to check your spam folder. You also have the option to access your account to check the status of your reservation yourself in the "My Bookings" section.

Yes. It's necessary to include all guests: adults, children, and babies, by providing their actual ages when making a reservation on our site.

No, it isn't necessary to mention all the names of the passengers when booking. One name is sufficient.

Yes, you can. But don't forget to enter their contact details carefully when booking.

Creating an account isn't mandatory for booking, but it does make it easier to access your reservations and Self+ points. You can register using your full name, e-mail address and telephone number, or via a third-party account such as Facebook or Google.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation number. You can also find it in your account, in the “My bookings” tab.

If you're sure you've created your booking correctly but haven't received a confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder first. Alternatively, you can check your reservations directly in your website account.

However, if you haven't received a confirmation email and you don't see it in your account either, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

If tourist taxes are to be paid at the hotel, it is indicated: tourist taxes not included. If tourist taxes are already included in the amount paid, it is indicated: tourist taxes included. This information is available at the time of payment and in the e-mail you receive following your reservation.

SelfReservation adapts to your needs by offering various payment methods. Upon confirming your reservation,you will have several options available. You can choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or directly at the agency.

We offer you the option of paying for your reservation by bank transfer. To do this, please make the payment to one of our bank accounts and then upload the proof of payment to your My Booking folder.

The option to pay in instalments depends on various criteria. You will be able to choose to pay for your booking in instalments, if this option is offered to you at the last booking stage: Choose your payment method.

Please note that your travel documents will be sent to you only after full payment of your booking.

Yes, the payment is secure and guaranteed by Maroc Télécommerce. The payment system is secure and recognized by the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI) of Moroccan banks, as well as by international organizations like VISA and Mastercard.

Payment for your booking is made on the summary page. Please note that a cart doesn't constitute a reservation until payment has been made and confirmed.

During your check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to present your valid ID, your booking confirmation, and a marriage certificate, which is mandatory for Moroccan couples.

Please also make sure to have a document proving the age of your children (for example a copy of the family record book), as some establishments may request it.

Yes. However, the amount of the refund depends on the policy applied by the hotel. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email outlining the different options: either a refund or the possibility of keeping a credit. Please note that any refund will be made to the bank account of the person who made the payment.

SelfReservation doesn't charge any penalties for cancellations or modifications to your stay. However, the establishment you have chosen may impose modification or cancellation penalties. You can find the cancellation terms for the establishment on the summary page at the top before proceeding with the payment of your reservation.

If the conditions set by the hotel allow it: it's possible to modify a reservation. Please note that this may lead to changes in rates, depending on the change requested. You can access and download your invoice from your My Booking area on our SelfReservation website once your stay is over.

To book a flight, simply go to the “Flights” tab and select your departure and arrival cities and travel dates. After viewing the results, you'll be able to choose from several flight options. Once you've selected your flight, click on “validate” to access the booking summary page and fill in the required information.

SelfReservation.ma values your loyalty by allowing you to accumulate loyalty points, called Self+ when you book on the website. These points can then be converted into discounts on your future bookings, providing you with savings on your upcoming hotel reservations in Morocco.

There are 3 Self+ levels. As you progress to higher levels, the value of your points increases. This increase means you can redeem your points for even more significant rewards. For example: at level 3 you will earn 2x more. This means that each point earned is now worth twice as much as at level 1.

Self+ is a free, immediate, and easy-to-use loyalty program. It allows you to accumulate points called Self+ that can be converted into discounts. Thus, with each booking made, you accumulate Self+ points that you can convert into discounts for your future bookings.

Self+ points are exclusive advantages reserved for SelfReservation members. The amount of your discount obtained thanks to your Self+ points is mentioned in your space: Self+. You can use the amount of your discount directly at the last booking stage, before choosing your payment method. The amount of the discount will be deducted from the total amount.

On the Web version of SelfReservation,

  • Look on the right-hand side: Details of your reservation
  • Scroll down a little and you'll find: Promo Code
  • Please enter the promo code in the space: Enter your promo code.
  • Click on Validate.
  • You will then see that the discount code has been applied in the Total Price detail.

On the Mobile version of SelfReservation,

  • Click on the yellow button: View my booking details
  • Once the window is open: scroll down a little and you'll find: Promo Code
  • Please enter the promo code in the space: Enter your promo code.
  • Click on Validate.
  • Close the window.
  • You will then see that the discount code has been applied in the Total Price detail.

Please note that promo codes are subject to conditions: such as a minimum purchase amount and limited durations.
